Policy and Procedures

 Payday is every friday, you may pay by cash or cheques and if you want you may write post dated cheques.  Bounced cheques charges will apply to you.  My hours of operation are monday to friday 7:00-5:00pm, my rates for parents are based on the individual needs and if needed outside of my hours of operation a premium will apply.  If an invoice is required by a parent, there will be an additional charge to cover all my costs.  A premium will also apply to those who are late for pick ups.  My rates are based on a weekly rate, whether your child is attending or not, if you take your child out of here for the day, your rate still remains the same for the week.  You will not be charged  if I need to take a day off for family emergencies or appointments.  It usually works best to take the same holidays as holidays are paid to me for your spot to be held.  I usually take time off in July or August and will let everyone know as soon as possible.
